Manchester United have announced a new contract extension with captain Bruno Fernandes until the summer of 2027. With the option to extend for a further year.
Bruno joined from Sporting Lisbon in January 2020 for £68m. With two years remaining on his previous contract, which he signed in 2022.

“I’ve had so many special moments here – hearing my name chanted at the Stretford End. Scoring a hat-trick against Leeds, leading the team out to Old Trafford on European nights and lifting the trophy at Wembley. But I wouldn’t have signed this contract if I didn’t believe my best moment in a United shirt was coming soon.”
